We are now sold out, but if we have any last minute cancellations and you happen to be at our check in table outside Clifton's Cafeteria at 11:45am, you can put your name in for any seat that opens up. We will not know until 12:01pm if any seats are available, but if you are there with $62 cash, you may be able to get on the bus. If nothing else, you can visit an iconic American cafeteria. Instructions for passengers: There are no paper tickets: your name will be on a list at the bus door. Check in is at 11:30am for a 12pm sharp departure from the world famous Clifton’s Cafeteria in downtown Los Angeles, at the corner of 7th & Broadway. Tickets can be ordered online until the morning of the tour. For last minute bookings, please feel free to call 213-915-8687 after 8am on tour day, and if there are seats available, you can reserve a spot and pay with cash at the bus. Food and drink are permitted and suggested; no audio or video-taping without permission. We regret that there are no refunds for passengers who miss the bus. PARKING: we recommend that you park 2 blocks north at Pershing Square, which is a city run lot and also a Metro Station. Please note that this is a special event tour, and we cannot accommodate riders using Groupons on the bus. Space permitting, we will honor KCRW and KPCC discounts, 6-pack and 12-pack tickets, or riders holding unexpired Esotouric "EBA" discount cards, if they pay the $4 cash difference between this tour ticket and that of a regular tour when they board the bus. Lost in the Grooves LLC, d/b/a Esotouric, offers fee-paid guided bus tours. All sales for tours are final and admission fee is non-refundable from 72 hours before tour departure. No shows will be charged in full. For group purchases of ten or more seats, admission fee is non-refundable from 21 days before tour departure. Tours are all weather events and operate rain or shine. There are no paper tickets; your name will be on a list. Latecomers may be able to join the tour in progress, but it is not assured, and absolutely no refunds or make goods will be given. This ticket is a license which can be revoked at any time for any reason. Holder assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or after the event and agrees that Lost in the Grooves LLC, d/b/a Esotouric are not liable under any conditions. Esotouric is not liable in any way for event and tour cancellations due to Acts of God or otherwise with events out of our control. Event data, tour route, sites and attractions, times and size of tours are subject to change without notice. In the event that any one or more of the provisions or parts of a provision contained in these Terms & Conditions shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision or part of a provision of this Agreement or the validity or enforceability of such provision or portion thereof in any other jurisdiction. The recording of any part of the guided tour, including, but not limited to, the narrative, stories, depictions, and the like, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the advance written permission of an authorized representative of Lost in the Grooves LLC. Note that the organizers may film, photograph or record the tours and your participation, or permit members of the press to do so.
