This tour, departs from the King Edward Saloon at 5th & Los Angeles Streets in downtown Los Angeles. You may purchase tickets online until 10am Saturday. After then, just call Richard at 213-915-8687 to reserve your spot and bring cash or check to the bus. Tickets are $62. See the "add to cart" link at the bottom of this description to purchase tickets online. Note that there are no paper tickets; your name will be on a list at the bus door. You'll get an email reminder a couple of days before the tour rolls. Note that check in is at 11:30am for a noon sharp departure. There are no refunds if you miss the bus. Saturday, April 17, 2010

Tour morning update: we have room on the bus. No need to buy online today. To join us, call 213-915-8687 to reserve, and plan to be at Clifton's Cafeteria at 11:30am with $58 cash or check. Special guests on the April 17 tour: the author's daughter Vickie Fante Cohen and historic Bunker Hill resident Gordon Pattison, whose family owned the last two Victorian homes seized by eminent domain. Instructions for passengers: There are no paper tickets: your name will be on a list at the bus door. Check in is at 11:30am for a 12noon sharp departure from Clifton’s Cafeteria, located at the corner of 7th & Broadway. That is 2 blocks away from Pershing Square, which is both a Metro Station and a city parking lot. Tickets can be ordered online until the morning of the tour. For last minute bookings, please feel free to call 213-915-8687 after 8am on tour day, and if there are seats available, you can reserve a spot and pay with cash at the bus. Food and drink are permitted and suggested; no audio or video-taping without permission. We regret that there are no refunds for passengers who miss the bus. There will be a stop early on for coffee and a chance for passengers to eat a bag lunch should they chose to bring one.

Lost in the Grooves LLC, d/b/a Esotouric, offers fee-paid guided bus tours. All sales for tours are final and admission fee is non-refundable from 72 hours before tour departure. No shows will be charged in full. For group purchases of ten or more seats, admission fee is non-refundable from 21 days before tour departure. Tours are all weather events and operate rain or shine. There are no paper tickets; your name will be on a list. Latecomers may be able to join the tour in progress, but it is not assured, and absolutely no refunds or make goods will be given. This ticket is a license which can be revoked at any time for any reason. Holder assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or after the event and agrees that Lost in the Grooves LLC, d/b/a Esotouric are not liable under any conditions. Esotouric is not liable in any way for event and tour cancellations due to Acts of God or otherwise with events out of our control. Event data, tour route, sites and attractions, times and size of tours are subject to change without notice. In the event that any one or more of the provisions or parts of a provision contained in these Terms & Conditions shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision or part of a provision of this Agreement or the validity or enforceability of such provision or portion thereof in any other jurisdiction. The recording of any part of the guided tour, including, but not limited to, the narrative, stories, depictions, and the like, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the advance written permission of an authorized representative of Lost in the Grooves LLC. Note that the organizers may film, photograph or record the tours and your participation, or permit members of the press to do so.
