Your ticket can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to departure if you contact Esotouric by phone or email. We regret that there are no refunds for people who miss the bus.

(event) Hotel Horrors - Saturday September 8 Start: 1:00 pm End: 2:30 pm A new Esotouric bus adventure, and our first 90 minute tour with a lower ticket price, this is a true crime and oddities tour featuring some of the wildest, weirdest, goriest and most memorable happenings in historic downtown hotels. The tour runs back-to-back with Main Street Vice, with time for a snack or cocktail break between the tours. Passengers may purchase tickets for both tours for the discount price of $45. Want to join us on the tour day, but haven't purchased tickets? We may have room for you. Please phone Richard at 310-995-4591 to reserve, and be prepared to bring cash to Cafe Metropol by 12:30pm for Hotel Horrors (or both tours) or 3:00pm for just Main Street Vice. Instructions for passengers: There are no paper tickets: your name will be on a list at the bus door. Hotel Horrors check in is at 12:30pm for a 1pm sharp departure. Main Street Vice check in is 3:00pm, departing at 3:30pm. Both tours leave from Cafe Metropol near 3rd and Santa Fe downtown MAP Tickets can be ordered online until the morning of the tour. For last minute bookings, please feel free to call 310-995-4591 after 8am on tour day, and if there are seats available, you can reserve a spot and pay with cash at the bus. Food and drink are permitted and suggested and can be purchased at Cafe Metropol or brought with you; no audio or video-taping without permission. We regret that there are no refunds for passengers who miss the bus. Lost in the Grooves LLC, d/b/a Esotouric, offers fee-paid guided bus tours. All sales for tours are final and admission fee is non-refundable from 72 hours before tour departure. No shows will be charged in full. For group purchases of ten or more seats, admission fee is non-refundable from 21 days before tour departure. Tours are all weather events and operate rain or shine. There are no paper tickets; your name will be on a list. Latecomers may be able to join the tour in progress, but it is not assured, and absolutely no refunds or make goods will be given. This ticket is a license which can be revoked at any time for any reason. Holder assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or after the event and agrees that Lost in the Grooves LLC, d/b/a Esotouric are not liable under any conditions. Esotouric is not liable in any way for event and tour cancellations due to Acts of God or otherwise with events out of our control. Event data, tour route, sites and attractions, times and size of tours are subject to change without notice. In the event that any one or more of the provisions or parts of a provision contained in these Terms & Conditions shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision or part of a provision of this Agreement or the validity or enforceability of such provision or portion thereof in any other jurisdiction. The recording of any part of the guided tour, including, but not limited to, the narrative, stories, depictions, and the like, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the advance written permission of an authorized representative of Lost in the Grooves LLC. Note that the organizers may film, photograph or record the tours and your participation, or permit members of the press to do so. We charter our buses through American Transportation Systems (323) 846-8832.
